Mesmerizingly beautiful this Vacheron Constantin from the late 40s featuring a warm patina all over at the border between pink and yellow gold and an incredibly guilloche’ (or engine turned) dial!

The 18k gold case measuring 32 x 40mm (very long indeed) appearing larger on the wrist and perfectly proportioned is in crisp sharp conditions with defined edges, strong lugs, clean bezel and deep hallmarks.

The dial which is very luminous and attractive is in overall beautiful conditions. The applied dagger faceted indices and hand set are pristine. Some oxidation at the bottom between 4-5.

The manual wind VC movement is winding beautifully and running smooth.
