The Sub 1680 Date is the vintage Rolex to have in a classic collection. This specimen is a 5 million serial that dates it to 1977, in my books.

A top of the line Rolex Submariner with a super fine case showcasing crazy original bevels ,full lugs,satin finish and no dings or dents. Sharp and even.

The dial acquired a beautiful cream patina that is very attractive and classic vintage Rolex at it’s best. Hands match beautifully. The background is clean and free of any scratch or bubbling. The plots are sweet as an ice cream, dulce de leche flavor given the color they have!

With the original folded link oyster bracelet 9315 code and the correct end links, all in top condition.

The crystal is original high dome beveled Rolex production, has two minor chips on the edges. The bezel inset is clean as a whistle and still had the tritium pearl matching the dial patina. Original silver date wheel with satin background complete the beauty of this iconic watch.

The case back has a very light engraving that can be buffed off upon request. I tend to leave every watch always AS IS.

Accompanied by it’s punched Rolex Warranty, Booklets, 200m/600ft anchor (I never had one of these!), triplock instruction leaflet and tag, hang tag,inner and outer stunning fabric bufkor box. FULL SET!
