Not easy to find a full case and super patina Red Submariner but here we are here we go.

3 million serial dates it to 1972, in my books.

The case is thick with full and even lugs, prominent beveled edges and perfect holes on the side of case. The bezel is thick with sharp teeth. The grey insert faded to an even grey and the pearl matches the patina of the dial. The case back is stamped 72.

The dial is in fantastic conditions with even cream patina on all plots matched by the original hand set in nice conditions. The Red Submariner text is vivid red.

The movement is running with no issues and was serviced last summer by our workshop.

The jubilee bracelet has stretch but plenty life and full size.

All in all that unpolished red submariner you keep on dreaming about.
