Along with the Nautilus, the Ellipse and the Royal Oak- the Rolex King Midas is one of my absolute favorite 70s designs and is a real icon of it’s time.

Rare, massively heavy and solid this watch was Elvis Presley’s timepiece choice! To see this in white gold is extremely rare and highly collectible.

So many details are to be discovered in this icon of design starting from the left handed spiral shaped crown, the Greek font text on the dial, the engraving on the side of case and case back..and last but not least the only numbered limited edition Rolex. This one is #1324.

The case and integrated bracelet are crisp and sharp with original satin finish and edges. The watch is unpolished and has signs of wear but no deep dents or scuffs. The case back is super crisp with it’s original radial finish. The engraved numbers are deep and crisp.

The dial is clean with no defects.

The bracelet stands fully erect and will fit a 7+ inch wrist comfortably.

The manual wind movement is winding and running smooth.

This is more than a watch, this is a jewel!
