I’ve been saying it for a while: late 80s Rolex timepieces are the next frontier of Rolex collecting!

Here we have a super crisp 16750 with a sharp and gorgeous case, dial and bracelet. Sparely worn by the original owner it comes from the family’s estate that kept it in the safe for 2 1/2 decades.

8.9 million serial dates it to 1987, in my books.

The case is sharp and in true MINT condition, original bevels on lugs and prominent satin finish. The bezel insert is good as new with bright red and blue colors and no wear.

The dial is glossy, free of any defects and the markers have an attractive cream patina matched by the hands perfectly.

The 78360 Oyster bracelet is tight as new with zero stretch and missing one link.

Crystal has a chip at 7.

Accompanied by it’s original Rolex Bufkor box,hang tag with serial number and GMT booklet. The original warranty was misplaced by the family..
