Such a breath taking beauty this early explorer with gilt dial, I freaking love it.

Iconic 3-6-9 dial and a mirror like black background make this a watch you won’t be able to take off your wrist.

This timepiece dates to 1958 given it’s 360k and comes to us in outstanding wearable conditions.

Accompanied by it’s Rolex original warranty and it’s original coffin box it’s a set for collectors and enthusiasts not to pass on.

The dial is a very early service replacement original dial given it’s “T SWISS T” text at 6pm . Prior to that it only had “SWISS” using radium as it’s luminous mix.

On rivet bracelet tight as new.

The dial is flawless and mirror like gloss with gilt text. With a loupe you can see some very faint aging on the background. The markers are nice and puffy and took over a nice dark yellow patina matching throughout the hands. The case is in very good condition and was polished in it’s history. It still retains a nice body and some sharpness to it with a beautiful original satin finish on the lugs. The bracelet is a rivet bracelet with big logo clasp, no stretch and in decent conditions (there are some scratches and dents to it) .
