A very rare bird indeed this smooth bezel Datejust reference 1600 with a drop dead gorgeous blue “Wide Boy” dial.

2.7 mil serial dates it to 1973 in my books.

The case is nice with even lugs, the smooth bezel is crisp.

The dial is in top condition, non luminous and with wide boy markers. The non luminous hand set is excellent.

The 7836 Oyster folded link bracelet is tight as new and fully linked.

All in all a great watch for every day wear and a pure collectible.
