The elusive Buckley Dial!

What a fantastic and rare Day Date in absolutely stunning conditions.

1.2 million serial dates it to 1966.

The dial is incredibly attractive, original and never touched, with the correct black hand set. All lume plots are intact and puffy with matching patina complemented also by the hand set.

The bezel is pristine and sharp. The case is thick and sharp with strong crispy lugs. The case back has a french import gold hallmark and the hallmarks on back lugs are crisp and deep.

The presidential bracelet is tight as new and the buckle is stamped 1/68, matching the watch.

Accompanied by it’s original punched guarantee booklet, service papers, presentation Day Date box.

All in all a fantastic specimen of reference 1803 with one of the most desirable dials.
