A Jumbo Oversized Ellipse on a strap doesn’t come everyday…a really desirable watch this is !

Reference 3605 was produced in the 70s and features the classic ultra thin automatic movement we find on the jumbo Nautilus.

The watch measures 38.5 x 33 and is very thin sitting very elegantly on the wrist.

18k yellow gold case in nice conditions with nice hallmarks on the back fully visible. The watch has been recently serviced by Patek and features the service sticker on the back.

The champagne gold dial is clean and very attractive.

The buckle is the sexy ellipse original buckle. The strap is a generic alligator band.

The movement is running strong with no issues.
