For your consideration an absolutely breathtaking Patek Philippe Calatrava Vintage reference 96 in PINK GOLD.
This Calatrava is from the 1940s and recognizable from the fancy font “Patek Philippe & CO” on the dial.
The dial showcases a stunning salmon / copper / dark brown / pink color changing dial that is simply a work of art. A real joy to wear and look at.
The play of light of the rose gold case combined with the color changing dial makes it an experience to tell time every time you glance at your wrist.

DIAL : Original non refinished , with stunning hand punctured arrowhead minute markers. shows signs of aging between 10 and 11 markers and 2 – 3 markers. Background clean and pristine with color changing properties.

HANDS: Original Rose gold dauphine style.

CROWN: Original (but no calatrava symbol as production prior to 60s did was smooth crown with coin edges finish)

MOVEMENT: Clean and magnificent with Cote du Geneve hand engraved polished lines. Movement just serviced and running strong.

CASE: 18k Rose gold in good condition. shows sign of wear but no deep scratches,dents or dings. Hallmarks still intact at 4pm position and at 11 position on back lug. This case was maybe polished once in 75 years!
