The case is in pristine shape with nice curved lugs and a clean bezel. The holes on the lugs are crisp. The case back is clean.

The dial is vibrant and bright with it’s opaline background with that mesmerizing watery effect. The champeleve’ raised enamel Patek signature is crisp. Some minor aging above the text.

The fully domed crystal is beautiful and gives great depth to the dial.

The manual wind movement is running flawlessly and was just serviced by the manufacturer.
