The case is unpolished with thick and even lugs and fully shaped octagonal bezel. Signs of regular wear are present.

The gorgeous Patek movement is visible from the back and is running strong.

The rubber Patek “tropic” strap will fit a 7 1/4 wrist. The Patek deployment buckle is in good condition.
