A supreme find this vintage Helm / Gouvernail from Cartier dating to the 1950s and made for them by European Watch and Clock Co (as expected!).

The white gold case measuring 29mm is in really sharp conditions with defined lines and exquisite blue enamel work. The hallmarks on case back are sharp and deep, eagle head hallmark still visible. Backwinding crown is pristine.

The dial is in very pleasing conditions along with the breguet style hand set.

The manual wind backwinding movement by European Watch and clock is winding well and running fine.

On blue crocodile strap that will fit a 6.5 inch wrist (you have to order your own custom size) and it’s original white and rose gold deployant from Cartier.

A spectacular watch for the discerned collector.
