Quintessential and versatile this Calatrava style wristwatch from Audemars Piguet, the pinnacle of Swiss watchmaking.

The watch is from the 1960s.

The 18k gold ultra thin case measuring 33mm and looking more like a 36mm watch thanks to it’s thin bezel and big dial overture combined with it’s thinness making it extremely spread out is in fine sharp conditions. The gold acquired a lovely fuchsia patina in certain parts adding great character to it (it can obviously be removed if you want, the tarnish). The case back is crisp and sharp with deep hallmarks.

The champagne color satin finished background dial is in overall fine conditions with some aging at the top edges. Overall very attractive.

The manual wind ultra thin movement is winding smoothly and running fine.
