The 18k rose gold square case measuring 27 x 33 (including the lug length)  is very structural and defined with a clean bezel and sharp edges. The hallmarks on back and well retained and deep.

The caramel colored dial with engraved indexes and Freccero (Uruguayan retailer of yesteryear) signature is mint and very attractive.

The manual wind Patek Philippe movement is winding and running fine.
