The 18k rose gold case is in pleasing conditions retaining its curves and a clean bezel along with deep hallmark on case side and case back. The S&L engraving on the back along the hallmark are for Serpico Y Laino.

The rose tone gold dial with raised baked enamel Patek Philippe signature is in nice conditions for its age and very attractive in its glow.

The manual wind original Patek Philippe movement is winding strong and running well.
