An extraordinary Cartier Tank indeed this Basculante model made for the centenary of Louis Cartier (1847-1997) limited to 150 pieces, this being # 3.

The 18k gold ultra slim case measuring 22 x 37 mm has a wonderful elegant and important presence on the wrist, the metal is in overall pristine conditions (minus wear at 1), the sticker on case back is still present showing minimal wear along with some oxidation from sitting for years in a safe. The ruby cabochon is in pristine conditions, the basculante reversible mechanism works flawlessly and the cover side is in mint conditions.

The dial is in overall fine conditions with nice guilloche central motif and Paris signature.

The manual wind Cartier ultra thin caliber is winding well and running smooth.

On calf leather generic band, accompanied by it’s original deployant buckle.
