The 18k case measures 34 x 48 mm and is in mint condition, complete with an engraved reference number, the number 45 engraved on the case, sharp hallmarks, and a factory diamond-set bezel.

The guilloché Color Dreams Crazy Hours dial is in excellent condition, complete with a fully pavé diamond setting.

The automatic movement is running well.
