An exceptionally rare and refined timepiece this Breguet from 1949 triple Breguet signed number 262.

The 18k gold case measuring 32mm is in pleasing conditions with wonderfully curved lugs and retaining it’s French hallmark on the side of the case. The bezel is clean of scuffs and developed a nice warm oxidation. The case back is engraved with the original owner’s memento.

The warm ivory color dial is in overall fine conditions with applied gold hour markers and minute rail road track. Signed Breguet #262, unique piece.

The Peseux movement number 262 is clean and running well. The case back interior also is engraved 262 and with french marks.

On French hand made strap and generic buckle.

All in all an extremely collectible watch for the true connoisseur.
