A very charming timepiece, this classic Piaget Protocole features a striking tiger eye and onyx dial and was retailed by the famous Parisian jeweler Jean Ete in the late 1960s. It comes complete with its original strap and buckle, making it a true gem from a golden era of design.
The 18k gold case measuring 25 x 27 mm is in nice sharp conditions with defined edges and crisp French hallmarks. The retailer signature is prominent on the back.
The tiger eye and onyx dial are in excellent condition.
The mechanical wind-up movement is winding well and running smoothly.
