A beautiful Cartier Vendôme Ellipse in 18k yellow gold, featuring the distinctive elliptical case that helped define some of Cartier’s most elegant designs of the era. Preserved in very good condition and complete with its original box and papers, it’s a wonderful example of vintage Cartier at its finest.

The 18k case measures 33mm and is in excellent condition, with sharp hallmarks and an engraved reference number on the caseback.
