Cartier Vintage Ceinture London White Gold
Cartier wristwatches from the London boutique are somewhat mythical amongst collectors of vintage Cartier, having being made individually by hand, from scratch (while contracting the movement) and produced in far more limited numbers.
This Ceinture model is from 1969 and quite the rare bird.
The 18k white gold case measuring 23mm is in crisp sharp conditions with defined edges and very sharp serial engraving on back, British and JC (Jacques Cartier) hallmarks inside case back.
The dial with classic Cartier London design is in overall pleasing conditions along with the blue steel hand set.
The manual wind JLC movement is winding smooth and running fine.
On it’s original strap and 18k white gold buckle fully hallmarked with British and JC (Jacques Cartier) stamps.
A gem for the astute collector.
