I am truly excited about this watch since it’s still under the radar and still buyable for us collectors it’s important to have fun without breaking the bank.

Here we have a rare Tank Jumbo in wood and brass sold only in the Fifth Avenue Cartier Boutique at the height of the Aldo Cipullo era! Using Pallisandre Brazilian sweet wood to make the classic design of Louis Cartier redefined and organic here presented in it’s large iteration.

The wood case measuring 25 x 34 mm (large for tank!) is in overall pleasing conditions with well preserved brancards and original crown. The gold plated finish on back is still crisp. The rare original domed crystal is in beautiful conditions.

The pallisandre wood dial is in pristine conditions along with the hand set.

The manual wind Cartier movement is running and winding smoothly.

On custom made leather strap and it’s original Cartier NYC 70s buckle.
