There are very few words that excite me more than New Old Stock and it wouldn’t be appropriate to say them now…
This beautiful 1940s gents watch is in unworn conditions and comes from the inventory I acquired out of an old European jewelry shop.
The case is sharp with strong lugs and presents its original finish. Beautiful satin finish on the top of lugs and magnificent fluted shape on the bottom of them. No signs of wear. 35mm excluding crown, 42.5mm lug to lug and 18mm between the lugs. Stainless steel case back, signed.
The magnificent black glossy dial is in top condition with arabic luminous markers with nice patina.
In house 17 jewels Wyler movement running fine and appears untouched.
The leather strap and buckle are original to the watch. The strap is mint, the buckle metal has some bubbling.
Accompanied by it’s original hang tags.
A collector’s feat.
