Not a watch you get to see every day, the Stars and Stripes is one of the most striking timepieces around.
Massive and very powerful looking with it’s American colors it is a watch you simply can’t forget.
Produced for only a short time in the early 70s by Bulova it is a breath of fresh air from the Accutron production as this chronograph features a wonderful gilted manually wound movement.
Clocking in at 43mm in diameter without crown and featuring a wonderful original milanese mesh bracelet in fantastic condition and original Bulova buckle.
The dial is clean and very attractive, the markers have a nice cream patina matched by the arrow- like hand set. The colors are extremely vivid.
The original crystal has some expected wear but can be buffed to mint easily.
N0 engraved on the caseback dates it to 1970.
An absolutely fantastic watch that would find it’s place in the most discerning collection.
