Reference 4100 is the first mid size Royal Oak produced.
Clocking in at about 35mm in diameter it is the true “compact” version of the iconic Genta design.
The case is sharp and thick with strong edges and prominent satin factory finish. The screws sit flush within the steel bezel in fantastic conditions.
The classic anthracite “clou de paris” pattern dial is in overall pleasing conditions with some slight aging by the markers. The indices developed a lovely deep cream patina matched handsomely by the hand set in great conditions. The old school AP text is in fine conditions.
The bracelet is in pristine conditions standing erect and hard for it’s age. Will fit up to 7′ inch wrist. The clasp and buckle are in nice shape.
The automatic movement is running fine. I don’t have service history for it nor I serviced it in our workshop.
Accompanied by it’s original Audemars Piguet inner and outer boxes.
The Royal Oak is the best watch in my opinion, grab em while you can.
