Absolutely fantastic and funky this rare Patek Philippe Jumbo Automatic ref 3580 featuring an original crazy hammer finish on the case and matching bracelet.
These steel unusual 1970s models were mostly marketed in Japan and are a rare example of Patek Philippe pursuit of modernist design.
The steel case measuring a large 36 x 40mm is in fine conditions retaining it’s original lipped beveled edges and crazy hammer finish. The backwinding crown and the case back screwable cover are in pristine conditions.
The mesmerizing blue dial is in overall attractive conditions and is aging purple at the bottom edge of the dial. The hand set is in fine conditions as well.
The bracelet is long and will fit 7.5 inch wrist. Great conditions. The original clasp with calatrava symbol is cool as hell!
The automatic bumper backwinding caliber is running well and keeping time.
