Reference 570 by Patek Philippe is a highly sought after Calatrava model due to it’s peculiar size and visual wrist presence: while clocking in at 35mm in diameter (large for the era) it looks considerably larger due to it’s case design and dial overture.
The case is in pleasing honest conditions retaining it’s curved and even lugs, thin and clean bezel and it’s original super domed crystal. The case back is engraved. The hallmark on the back lug is deep and crisp.
The dial has some signs of aging though withstands the test of time appearing pleasing on the wrist. The raised baked enamel signature is in pristine conditions. The dauphine style hand set along with dagger indices are in fine conditions.
The 18k associated bracelet with PP logo on the clasp is period correct, not sure to be of Swiss Manufacture.
The manual wind movement is winding smooth and running fine.
A watch to cherish and enjoy while keeping it for the next generation.
