IWC Vintage Jumbo Steel Automatic 1970s | $1995

IWC Vintage Automatic

A supremely fine and attractive IWC from the 1970s in stainless steel and with automatic caliber, these models mostly come from the japanese market and are really an interesting part of the brand history.

The steel case measuring a large 36mm is in really crisp conditions with wonderful beveled lugs and sharp edges. The bezel is clean. The screw back case cover retains it’s serial number engraving and displays some pitting from age. The fish logo original IWC crown is in fine conditions.

The silver / ivory sunburst dial is really attractive featuring my favorite wide IWC logo, fine black enamel applied hour markers and pristine matching hand set.

The automatic IWC movement is running well and just serviced in my workshop.

On nice leather custom made strap and generic buckle.

A nice watch to enjoy everyday!
